Terms & conditions

• Choose your apartment, dates and number of guests, enter your contact details and send your request. Submitting a request is free. Please wait for us to confirm your booking.
• Once your request is confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation and a payment link or payment request by email. Choose your preferred method from the available options and pay the full amount within 2 days after you receive the payment link or payment request. We will confirm receipt of your payment.

• Check-in is from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. Check-out is by 10 a.m. For a late arrival, please tell us your arrival time a few days in advance.
• We offer self check-in. A couple of days before you arrive, we’ll send you all the information you need to check in, along with your personal access code.

• Cancellation is free 30 or more days before check-in.
• For cancellation 29–15 days before check-in, 50% of the booking cost is refundable.
• Cancellation 14 days or less before check-in, or a no-show, incurs the full booking cost.

Send cancellation requests to olgadesign.it@gmail.com. If you cancel within the free cancellation period, the full amount will be refunded within 10 business days.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments; it is allowed on the balcony. Pets, parties and events are not permitted. Please keep noise down between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
• Children of all ages are welcome. Cots are not provided.

• The apartments are in Riva del Garda’s historic centre, where vehicle access is restricted. We do not provide private parking. Free and paid parking, including underground and outdoor options, is available nearby. We’ll send you parking recommendations a couple of days before you arrive.
• A security camera is installed in the shared area outside the apartment entrance.
• A private bike storage room has charging facilities for electric bikes. It can also hold luggage, sports equipment and other items. We’ll send you the instructions and access code a couple of days before you arrive.
