• Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 30 days before to check-in. 

  For cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before check-in, 50% of the booking cost is refundable.

  The full booking amount will be charged for cancellations made from 14 days before check-in until the check-in date. In case of a no-show, the full booking amount will also be charged. Cancellation requests are accepted via email at: olgadesign.it@gmail.com

• We process a prepayment for the full booking amount from guests after booking confirmation. Payment is made via bank transfer using the provided details, after receiving the invoice.
• If a guest cancels within the free cancellation period, the full booking amount will be refunded within 10 business days.

• The guest selects their preferred apartment, desired dates, and number of guests, then fills out the booking form with their contact details and submits the request.
• Shortly after, the administrator reviews the booking and sends the guest a booking confirmation and an invoice for payment via email. We accept payment by bank transfer using the provided details. We kindly request that payment be made within 3 days of receiving the invoice.
• Once the payment is completed, the guest will receive a confirmation of the booking payment.

• Check-in: 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.*
• Check-out: By 10:00 a.m.

*For late arrivals, please inform us of your arrival time a few days in advance.

• We have self check-in. Our doors are equipped with keyless code locks. Guests will receive a personal code to enter the apartment.
• To receive check-in instructions and your personal code, please send a photo of your ID card or passport a few days before arrival. You will then receive all instructions and the lock code for independent access.
• According to Italian law, all accommodation providers must register guests in a specific system. Therefore, we kindly ask guests to provide a photo of their ID for all guests a few days before arrival. We appreciate your understanding, as this is a legal requirement, not our preference.

• Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments. Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Parties or events are not allowed.
• Quiet hours (no loud noise): 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
• Children of all ages are welcome, but please note that we do not provide cribs.

• Security cameras are installed in shared areas (outside the apartment entrance).
• As our apartments are located in the historic center of Riva del Garda, car access to the center is restricted. We do not offer private parking. However, nearby free and paid parking options (underground and open-air) are available. We kindly provide guests with a list of parking recommendations.
• We have a private bike storage room with charging facilities for e-bikes. This room can also be used to store luggage, sports equipment, or other items. Please contact the administrator for instructions and the door code.
• The form you send us is a request for accommodation in our apartments, not a direct booking. Accommodation requests do not require payment. Only after receiving the booking confirmation via email will payment be required within 3 days.
